Because all Primesty products are made to order, we do not accept returns. Each item is custom-printed specifically for you, so we cannot restock or resell returned merchandise.

💸 Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a printing error, is defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll issue a refund.

✅ Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or poorly printed
• You received the wrong product or design

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.

🔁 Replacement Policy

If your item is eligible for a refund due to a defect or misprint, you may also choose to receive a replacement instead.

To request a replacement:

• Follow the same steps as the refund request
• Specify that you prefer a replacement over a refund

We’ll reprint and ship your replacement at no additional cost once your request is approved.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect sizing due to customer error
• Orders reported after 7 days of delivery
